This is a great game if it works. Not sure what’s going but as soon as the app loads it crashes. Past couple days it was very glitchy and now it won’t even load. Please fix before I delete and move onto a game that works.

All was great until a recent update 2 days ago . Now the game won’t even open. I just paid for some coins and now I cannot use them. Very unhappy here.

My kids love this app but the latest update is causing the app to crash and close down before it even opens. Even After restarting the iOS, deleting and reloading the app it is still not working. Now they cannot play

Absolutely love this game, I’ve been playing for 4 months with no issues but out of no where it will no longer open, for 2 days now. I’ve updated the app, my iPad is updated, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I’ve shut down and restarted. I’ve gone through every step in the FAQ’s and nothing works. I’m so sad...please fix the issue so I can keep playing.

please help,I want to play but it won’t load it opens up says checking for critical updates and right before the play button it crashes the screen turns gray with fluffy dandelion seeds floating away.?i finished all updates thinking Thank God, I thought I was going to lose this.Hopeful,go back on still the same?I don’t want it to end this way....help me Mr.Wonka,I’ve come so far. I go on again looks like it’s going to load Stuck on the begin page the one with the purple background Frozen I turn it on-turn it off-reload game...same Nothing Feeling hopeless ? Help!

I really did enjoy this game but now it will not open. Ive done all the updates and tried all options except for uninstalling. If I have to do that and start all over because I do not have it connected to FB, then Im just going to delete it. Im so disappointed.

Had no problems until 2 days ago - now continually crashes and won’t open. Too bad. Moving on to another game.

Game is fun until the app keeps crashing. I updated, uninstalled and reinstalled but still having this issue. Please fix I only just got to the mixing wing!!!
