Unlike many other apps aimed at soothing cranky infants, this app contains an actual high-quality recording of a mother's womb. The mother's womb is considered one of the most soothing sounds for a baby (for obvious reasons) and in this app are recordings of several sounds that may be heard in this environment. Among these recordings are two different white noise recordings, since experts often relate the sound of a mother's womb to that of a vacuum cleaner.

The sounds are horrible! I imagine what they are supposed to sound like, but I am pretty sure they were recorded in somebody’s shed, off the highway, with a tin can and a wire. Horrible horrible horrible. Don’t sage your money like I did.

These sounds do not sooth a baby to sleep. The sounds are too sharp and almost sound like someone held a audio recorder up to a sonogram machine.

Sound machine apps have nothing to sooth a crying baby! I've tried other white noise apps too, but this one has the best quality. SO WORTH IT!! Put him right to sleep, favorite app at 2AM with a crying little boy!

When nothing else works to calm my baby I turn this on and almost immediately he goes from fussy to calm. It was well worth $.99. All the different sounds are good quality and exactly what I was looking for.
Very good, but not nearly loud enough for a crying baby!

Babies are so used to certain sounds that makes them relax. Womb sounds really helps with sleeping babies and calm the down if they're crying.

This app is still a staple in our home to help our little one sleep or calm down. The ability to slow down or speed up the tempo of the sounds appears to be helpful for different scenarios, and helps to mix it up so that it catches her attention. Additionally, the developer provides exceptional customer support. Highly recommended!
