I have been using this app since 2011. I have been able to track my period. When I go to my doctor all I have to do is pull out my iPhone and give her the information she is asking me for. I have recommended this all to all my female friends and I recommend this app to all the females out there. You will love it just as much as I do. It’s AMAZING!!!

It could be improved to be to be able to choose how heavy or light your flow is. Right now, as far as I can tell, you can only choose start and finish days. Start days are very heavy, and go to light at the end. I don't know about anyone else, but my period doesn't always work like that. Sometimes it's light in the beginning, then gets heavy mid cycle, then goes light again. And sometimes I just spot for a few days.

I have been using this app for a few years now. It's reliable and easy to use and much more accurate as to when I am going to start than I am lol! And since I have become 50 my periods are fluctuating and this app shows me my cycle length - this will become handy as I near menopause...
