Cool app that generates random type of crossfit style workouts. Its nice to see something different from your normal Fran, annie, grace etc... Workout combos are quite diverse and almost endless combinations. Nice concept. And the timer is sick. Times each round and gives total time.

Great app - makes it so easy to do a "Cross Fit" workout of the day! Love the videos that demonstrate the exercises too. Perfect for those new to cross fit and for those that are experienced cross fitters!

The concept is great but, I think you need to fix a couple issues. #1. The + button to change the workouts, not big enough. #2. Make it to where you can track weight or daily work outs, something that really sets this apart from daily cross fit workout. #3. Last but not least let people truly set up a plan for themselves because crossfit is for everyone so let people put in injured joints or things they can't do. Look I don't mean to bust your chops on this but I do want u guys to do really well and if I all would make these advances I might even BUY it... Just saying.
