Insult to women’s professional sports

I am a big WNBA fan, and I used to engage other guy friends and family in watching. Sadly, I don’t even try any more as I have less than a 50% chance of successfully loading a game. This app is a disaster for all the reasons others have mentioned - doesn’t remember subscription, repeatedly asks you to link devices, games don’t load. THE LINK TO THE SUPPORT PAGE DOESN’T EVEN WORK. If this were an app for a men’s professional sport, it would be fixed overnight. I would gladly pay much more for the content if the app were functional.

This app is frustrating to use, I rarely get sound, I constantly have to re-enter my Log in even though I said for it to remember me, it constantly says I don’t have a subscription when I do- I watch the games because I live the WNBA but this app is bad

This app asks me to sign up for league pass every single time. It forgets that I’m signed in. Videos don’t load. WNBA, please read this. You’re hurting your audience growth a lot because of the ineptitude of your mobile developers. Hire some competent ones please. It’s insulting to the women athletes competing on the court to have a mobile app be so garbage.

When you don’t address the same issues that plague your app year after year, that’s what you get. If they don’t care about the product maybe I don’t care to fork over 16 bucks next season. #delete

I purchased the League Pass to support the WNBA, but the app is terrible. I can’t view any games from my iPhone. It says I need to purchase a package....even after I signed in! There should be some immediate assistance with this problem, or some compensation for the inconvenience. Not to mention that I can’t watch the games that I paid for!

Unfortunately it continues to produce an error message that says I need to purchase a league pass (which I have, every year). This forces me to logout and log back in for every game I want to watch. I only use it to watch games, so the remaining app functions I cannot comment on. An update with bug fixes would be WELCOME. Viewing the games and streaming to my tv works nicely... after continuing to login and out and in again.

Keep getting the message that I don’t have a subscription which I have. I resubscribe and get the message “you are already a subscriber” (duh!!!). Then I get a message I must Link but I have no idea as to what. I can watch on my IPhone so I press the Link button and nothing happens. What I don’t understand is why this app worked previously. Since very few games are televised this is my only way to watch chosen games. Aggravated? Absolutely. And I see that minor bugs have fixed but apparently the important ones have not been. Zero Stars. I’m done with this app. It will work for a couple of games then I have to go through the same nonsense: I don’t have a subscription; I go through the process of subscribing to be told I already have a subscription and after logging in and requesting to watch game I am told I need to link with another device (!!!). Why and what do I link to? I press the Link and I get the message there is a problem. The problem is with this App and whatever improvements made to it to make it impossible to use.
