Replacement Device lost scratchers

Overall I love the game / games! Unfortunately, I had my device stolen that I played on and when I got the replacement device activated and linked up to my Game Center and linked to Facebook I was no longer part of the same League I had been and all my scratchers were gone that I accumulated- I had 27! This seems not only unfortunate, but unfair - I earned them and was using as I needed credits and some of the challenges need to scratch a couple. How do I get those back? This seems wrong, I have no way to retrieve a stolen device.

Every time I play video for free coins, the screen turns upside down. Wonka Slots also has the same issue. I sent a request to the support team over a month ago and still have not heard back. Garbage game and garbage support.

Positive reviews are fake and or planted (google click farms). I never spend money on this and understand these games are tighter when you only use free credits. However I’ve managed to earn almost the highest loyalty tier credit using only free credits. To put this is into very simple terms this is nothing more than a complete scam or rigged game by any estimation (even for those who failed math class). If you spend money on this you are the definition of an idiot and you 100% deserve the negative consequences that come with making such a stupid decision. I’ve built myself up from free credits into the 10’s of Billions and even as nigh as 150 Billion and I’ve never once entertained the idea of spending one dime on this scam. The reason why is simple, it is impossible to beat the algorithms of a rigged game, so why on earth would I start down the road of paying to play? Due to how horribly tight these games are they have forced me into a box I’ll never ever step out of and that’s paying to loose. Also for the simpletons out there none of this is regulated or controlled so in theory they can and will take whatever people are stupid enough to give them; remember once your money is gone there is no getting it back. Paying to play this nonsense is on par with those chain-smoking trashy people in real casinos banging on those keys trying to win back their trailer rent.
