There’s no way to contact a human…and if there is they make sure to keep it hidden. Sites like this make it hard for customers to receive help from a live person because they only care about the customers money. There are other sites that allow you to speak with a person and get the assistance you need. Wix is all hype…I’ll take my money to a business I can actually speak to..especially since I’m putting in my money and running a business myself.
I wish the updates wouldn’t be terrible

Every time they update I end up with an issue. Currently, I cannot click in to see the notes under my blocked times for my schedule. I cannot even access the schedule through the actual website kn my phone because they will not allow it. I am left stranded while on the road with no way to tell why I have times blocked.

Been using this for my restaurant, working just fine until the past few weeks, no more notifications when order come in, we have to keep refresh the screen, close the app or even uninstalled the app, please fix it

Every time I edit, try to change ANYTHING. I get an error. This is so consistent I can’t even remember what I’m trying to fix and have to re do my work every single time.

Trying to manage the calendar is glitchy. Site doesn’t respond to selections and gets locked up. Extremely frustrating when trying to keep appointments available and updated when on the go.

I find that the actual Wix platform is in general good sometimes wishing for more flexibility (I’d give it 3.5*), but this app is truly great. I love the many ways to personalize the dashboard having access to my most important stats, seeing live the number of visitors to my site and what they are looking at and being able to manage my site’s chat with ease. Well done Wix!
Needs same options in app as online

I spent countless hours trying to figure out how to invoice on my phone but with existing product in my store, the app kept asking me to add the product as though I had no items in the store, once I got a chance went in from my MacBook and magically there it was invoice and order for people on the go please provide the necessary features for business owners! Thanks in advance!
