This is a wonderful community, and I have yet to run into any rude users. There are many rules, I will admit. Some seem a bit silly to me.. However, it's not my app, so I shouldn't be telling someone their rules are bad. Anyhow, it's very useful, lots of information, and it's overall an amazing app.

I’m new to the craft and this app has helped me so much!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I was a little confused how to navigate it at first but I’ve got the hang of it now!

Most of the normal users are lovely and nice...lots of people to learn from and exchange information with. Leadership is full of people who seem to enjoy being rude to members, often enforcing rules that are non-existent in the guidelines and generally not handling situations in a way that a real community leader does. Their posts are tinged with negativity and unnecessary snarkiness towards the community. You are not powerful. You are running an online community. This is not a place where there is freedom of expression.

I don't mind the rules at all it's just the way they're being enforced. A friendly reminder is awesome- and I always respond with "thank you:)", versus some of the others that get straight up p*ssed... but the responses to "thanks" are even- Idk- cold? Maybe it's because they're constantly having to police people instead of being able to enjoy the app themselves- and by that, I mean when you're editing or posting something it shows that they're right there with you- reading it over your shoulder- also a good thing I guess, because they're on top of our "safety". Either way- fabulous app.

The amount of spam posts you don’t care about that you’ll receive in your news feed is ridiculous. Posts by people who have no idea what they’re doing are on the featured page. Intricate workings by seasoned witches get lost in a tornado storm of bad. This amino has some references and some real practitioners, but it ultimately is filled with people, who ask questions that could be answered by googling or picking up a book. This leads to zero intelligent discussion. This does not feel like a community. It’s a constant jerk fest, and the curators are just as bad.

I’m just getting to know and more importantly gained a better understanding to the craft so all I can say is thank you this app can bring us closer and stay in touch with each other Thank you
