So you wait forever for items some show up when they say others don’t. And still waiting. Trying to get refund from a machine is great I would look elsewhere to buy things. I sent pictures in for what they asked for then I get message back to send in additional pictures of which already sent. You only have a short time to get a refund item does not show up. They ask you to be patient but don’t fall into that trap you paid for shipping if not there when said it would be refund me or they ask you wait and keep doing then you get message see are sorry it is past our 30 day policy. So you have to wait and hope you get it

Love love love me some wish ! As long as you aren’t an impulse shopper and you give the products their due diligence ina once over product description view one can find some pretty reasonable prices on rather decent stuff. I do not buy electronics on there and I always check with other online outlets for price matching. I only purchase things if I have a discount code coupled with a check out discount that way the price is nice. Biggest thing I’ve noticed the best quality in is stainless woman’s jewelry. Just be weary of price gougers changing way more than the item is worth. I usually report them for unfair pricing and Wish removes them. Always always price match. ENJOY !!!!!

Product most of the time is poor quality. Shipping is expensive. I am still waiting for items that were tracking in the US over a month ago and still no package. What is up with that? Customer support is a joke. You deal with strictly a computer with presets unless you want a refund. And that has to be on a item you have already received. Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!
