I’m very disappointed l never got my shower curtains and others stuff that supposed to be delivered on Oct. neither my money back from me there’s no star rate and I wish l could know how to alert some the others

Some things are knock offs but you’ve just got to look at the reviews and be cautious and other things have slow shipping, other than that they have amazing prizes and the platform and promos make it very injoyable to shop!

This wish product is not the same what it is mention. Even they charge shipping price higher if Incase u want to return then u don’t get shipping charges back, it’s very tricky n scammy. I had many times bad experience by misleading product. What it shows got it different n worst product.. don’t trust their seller. It’s all from China.. I’m never ever buying any products front his wish website. I only trust amazon.

THE worst app & place of business I have mistakenly used not only once but 3 times. I understand location makes for longer deliveries but not so long they offer to refund your purchase. Sizes wrong material not correct quality just a joke

It is waste of money and the quality from Wish is very bad. I had very bad experience with customer services. It is basically putting your money in the garbage. Wish products are the same as your house garbage.

I was so excited about this app when I first started using it and finally placed a pretty large order and opted to have it delivered to a store near me to save money on some of the shipping fees which are ridiculously expensive. Anyway, I received a notification that my order was ready to be picked up, so I went to the store to pick it up and the store owner came out a few minutes later saying that he couldn’t find my order and to come back in a couple of days because he had just gotten a large delivery from wish and had to sort through them more thoroughly to try to find mine. I went back to the store two days later and my order was still not there and the store owner said it was never delivered. I then tried to contact wish support, which is a total nightmare if you actually have a problem and need to talk to someone about it! There is no direct way to communicate with anyone, all you can do is send an email to their “support” team and wait for their reply. They replied back stating that I would need to wait a bit longer and check back with the store. So, on the 13th day of my 14 day pickup window, I went back to the store AGAIN and AGAIN they said that my order wasn’t there and had not been delivered. So, I sent an email to wish support again and told them what was going on and that I wanted a full refund since my order had never been delivered. The very next day, I received an email from wish stating that I had missed my delivery pickup window and that I was going to be charged a 20% restocking fee and a 15% fee on EVERY item in my order, the order that I had been emailing them for weeks about with no real response to resolve the issue. Now, they are straight up ignoring my messages even though I told them I have email documentation of me trying to contact them about this problem for weeks and them doing nothing to resolve it. They never delivered my large order and now they are straight up stealing my money and saying that I didn’t pick up the order in time, even though the store owner can validate that I was there multiple times trying to pick it up and that it was never delivered to him. This app is a joke, the support is a nightmare, and they are straight up thieves who steal your money for their mistakes!! I will never use this app again and I hope that you won’t either, you definitely get what you pay for which in this case is a bunch of crap that you get charged for but never receive! Worst app ever, if I could give it zero stars I would!!!! Save yourself the trouble and money and order from amazon instead, at least with them you can actually talk to someone when there is an issue and have it resolved!!!
