1. FOR PARENTS
Your child will join Wisdom, the game’s main character, on a fun journey to help the kingdom’s citizens better manage their emotions.
In the Activities Area, your child will start by playing interactive digital games and learn foundational skills like identifying and labeling emotions. With each game, they will earn superpowers, which are calming strategies they can use in their daily lives.
Your child will then use those superpowers in the Adventure Area, to teach healthy regulation skills to the citizens. As they succeed, new games and new worlds will unlock where your child will learn more complex skills like resolving conflicts, building positive relationships, and making responsible decisions.
Your child can also embark on Augmented Reality adventures! Wisdom and their cat will appear in your very home and coach your child through multiple breathing and mindfulness techniques with three different games: bubble breathing, breathing with Wisdom, and a glitter jar!
To further practice their new skills, Wisdom offers hands-on activities and meditations you can lead with your child, as well as parenting resources to help navigate current challenges. It also includes beautiful printable templates that foster skills like gratitude, problem solving and more! New content is added regularly.
And finally, through interview questions you and your child will be able to create a customized book that tells the story of your child and Wisdom, as they learned about the world of emotions together.
