This is no mere port of the original; the game's graphics, sound effects and music have all been updated, with superb results. You feel like you're playing a classic, but without the distraction (and, let's face it, detriment) of 16-bit graphics. Love this game. One issue so far, how do you exit the 'Credits' view/scene? One request: iCloud saved games so we can play across iOS devices.

Can't get past the first mission. After I complete first mission with squadron the screen goes black and the music plays and just stays that way. Got a iPhone 5.

Nice update to the original. Only issue is I can't seem to pass a strafing mission, even on Easy. Not sure if I'm Not getting high enough accuracy, but it seems extremely difficult. Update: turns out you just need 50% on the primary target for strafing. I had gotten 100% and failed, but I've noticed that occasionally you fail a mission even when completing the objective both in dogfighting and strafing (haven't bombed yet).

Could be a great game. Reminded me of the original Cinemaware game. But the 18 May update broke it--all sky backgrounds now render pink (same for squadron diary), making the game unplayable. Please fix this!

There is just 1 bug that needs fixing. Every time I pass a plane or get a little bit close. My plane jumps around . Witch makes it hard to aim and shoot if the maker of this game fixs it I'll give this game a 5 star rating.it's been almost a year now and it still hasn't been fixed please please fix it.
