It is a good app for covering up annoying sounds, and for relaxing. My son used this app many times to help him fall asleep.

I have suffered from insomnia for years. I can't recall how many types of sleeping medications I've taken. They never really worked and just made me feel drugged. I use this nearly every night. I used to dread nights because I knew it would just be another night of tossing and turning. Now I look forward to sleep. It's been years and years since I felt this way. Love it. Also, I live in a vibrant and noisy household which can make it hard to concentrate while studying. This helps immensely.

It’s nice to finally see something on the App Store that you don’t get bombarded With advertisement. It’s the most wonderful app I’ve downloaded in a long time I would gladly pay money for it. Very relaxing almost hypnotizing
