Often not get your coins after purchase in time

Few times after purchase i have not received my coins. I have tried to contact them and after few hours no reply. Im really frustrated that this is the case. Ok to play without purchasing.

I have purchased credits and haven’t received any. I checked on problems with credits and it stayed it would take up to two hours and it’s been around five hours going on six. Very disappointed.

I’m recently new to this game & I love it! The graphics are great! I’ll play for hours before I realize exactly how much time has gone by. Sometimes I think the payouts could b bigger but nevertheless I’m enjoying it!
