Bring back the animals, please

This game is pretty fun to play, but I just recently was told to update the game. The animal helpers are gone and there are fewer moves allowed to use. The levels feel lonely without the animals. The game actually had the nerve to say that the levels are easier and I got mad when I read “your animal helpers are now in the zoo for visitors to see!” What a cute way to say “the animals help too much so we’re getting rid of them.” This didn’t get easier. It got harder. And without the animals it feels like another typical match 3 game. Now, I’m just tempted to delete the game because I loved having the cute little animal characters in each level and to help you out. I don’t know why Playrix decided to make this choice but it was an awful one. I think I’m just going to delete the game. It’s just disappointing now.

Great idea- too hard

Love the idea. I got all onto making my zoo, love the way everything looks. But.... I’ve now been stuck on level 108 for almost a week. The little animal friend is gone so no help and I’m starting to think there really isn’t a way to pass this level. I’m about to just delete this game.. bummer because it started out pretty fun

Low rate for the updates

Every time there’s an update my games mess up. There’s missing information or it just won’t do the power ups.

Listen to all the reviews saying the levels are frustratingly unbeatable and go play something else. The animal cuteness is not enough to make up for it. Also the power ups should be able to be used without needing a color match. They should activate by just double tapping like in Homescapes.

The game was incredibly difficult before but is near impossible now without the animal booster help. This lasted update has made the game more frustrating and not as fun. Fix it, please.

Glitches with new update

This newest updates glitches terribly. While playing the game the “computer” will recommend which gem you should move. With the newest upgrade the system now recommend moving gems that don’t match with the surround gems, it seems to get worst when playing levels that have gems that change colors. It did not used to do this. Also, PLEASE bring back the animal helpers!! The added help from them was great and just getting to see them was nice. It looks boring and like and other matching game. It’s disappointing to have to stop playing this game after making it into the thousands on the game level but this new update makes this game not worth playing

Great game until last update where they got rid of the animal helpers. Bring them back. No fun without them. I thought it was a glitch at first. Then I realized it was intentional.

Just another cash grab

This is actually WORSE than Homescapes, which I didn't think was possible. The overall game mechanics are pleasant enough, but they specifically design levels that are completely impossible to pass unless you pay cash for boosters. That's all this is - a thinly veiled way to get people to lose money.

Cute but freezes often

Love the game but it has frozen a couple of times in the past week when pulling up the leaderboard. It’s frozen right now. Not a good thing if you want to participate in timed competitions. I haven’t tried reinstalling because I don't know if I’ll lose my progress. I’ll just wait a couple of days to see if it unfreezes.

The zoo is great and graphics are amazing. But the game difficulty level is very off. It’s very hard to proceed even with many power up and I have to play same level again and again. Sometimes after playing this game make you so mad because there is no way you can pass the game without paying to get extra steps. They intentionally to make it so hard and you have to pay to get more items and retry so many times to proceed the game.
