Lost all of my progress

I was playing Wildcraft with my friends when the game crashed and I lost all of my progress. And I know I can restart, but I’m very upset because I spent money on gems and WildClub, and it took me ages to get my animals to the levels that they were at. Don’t get me wrong, Wildcraft is pretty fun. It’s just that when all of my progress was ruined, I really lost motivation to play the game.
It’s a great game but needs one thing

I think you guys should add a new animal becuse these animals wolf tiger fox horse lion eagle there great but maybe a new animlal please becuse im soooooooop bored of these animals and one more thing I also think you should add more dens and pets and animals to the sea world thingy and that’s it hv a nice day and please add those bye!

This game is really fun and I love this game but when I play with one of my friends people boss us around and it’s annoying when I left my data was downloaded but it happens a lot with me love the game though!

Just chat banning your casual toxic player does NOTHING if it’s only an hour. According to the dictionary ban means to permanently prevent someone from doing something. 1hr? I don’t think so. A simple solution is permanently not allowing naming pets, your character, clans, and no chat. Forever. That will prevent trouble making. If you absolutely have to keep it 1hr, disable multiplayer interaction. Single player allows nobody. Please change the toxicity the reason they continuously be toxic is because you only chat ban for an hour. It’s not even a ban. FIX IT!
