I just got a new phone and when I opened the ap my game is gone....started over. I had more than 1k of westbucks on my account and it’s at lebel95 without a way to retrieve my game.

I love this game because it has lots of animals and it lets me own my own farm. But I wish that there were no levels because it wastes time.

The game is way too expensive you can’t even upgrade or buy enough foods like wheat or rye without it being costly clearly you have improvements to get done I still have the game but I’m planning to delete it soon

A bizarre app called Zombie Castaways appears now whenever I try to play Wild West. ????? How can I play Wild West? Is Zombie Castaways taking over because they cannot get players legitimately? If that is the case, it must be a lousy game. Don’t want it. Will never want it. I would like to return to the Wild West. I am giving Wild West five stars because it is a five star game.

If not for two major issues I would rate this a 5 instead of a 3. I love farming games, and as far as the game itself goes, it rocks. However, I couldn’t tell you how many times that I have watched videos to earn Westbucks or coins, only to not get them. I’m talking at least 20 times within a week. The other issue is that sometimes numerous times a day the game will freeze up, so I have to uninstall it then reinstall it just so I can play. I know that I’m not the only person experiencing these major issues because there are other players in my neighborhood who are having the same issues. One more thing too. I invited my daughter to play, neither one of us got anything out of that. As soon as she leveled up enough to join a neighborhood she searched for mine, and it says neighborhood not found. I check every time I experience these issues and my game is updated, so that is not the problem. Any help in correcting these issues would be much appreciated, before I give up and move on. Thank you

I love playing this game. Just wish West Bucks were easier to earn. I can't afford to buy them!

Trains

I think u should make it to where the trains only take a hour to come instead of 3 hours it takes so long in between trains and then maybe have a separate storage facility for expansion materials the barns fill up with nothing but expansion items and then there’s no room to store anything else for supplies

Update: Up to the last couple of days, Support has been really good, but now I feel I’m being ignored regarding help requests on two farms, so I’m changing my rating until I get a response, especially because I spend a lot of money on this game! This game is well designed. It’s cute, and there are many things to do in the game: growing, buying, and selling crops and goods; building, decorating, and designing your farm; train, stagecoach, and order board races that allow you to compete with other players; the ability to help other players in need. I especially like that the developers don’t try to milk you for money as much as other other games like the Sims do. Another thing I like is that they limit advertising in the game. You have an opportunity to get rewards once and only once a day by watching 4 short ads; then, no more for 24 hours! Update: There’s a bug that causes the game to freeze when you put path pieces into storage. This should be addressed, as it causes having to exit and reboot the app over and over when redesigning the farm.
