Why can’t we drag the objects from the left side of the screen to the right side of the screen to solve the problems?

My 6 year old son loves this game. He says some math is easy and some isn’t. He also likes the cute animals. Great game for fans of Wild Kratts.
What a waste of $

This app is completely unusable as the volume does not work. We have three different devices and it will not work on any of them. The crazy part is there doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason to it not working. My neighbor has the exact same model and year iPad as us and it works great on theirs. Hoping to get it fixed or refunded.

I have done everything that is suggested on the troubleshooting page and nothing works. So my son is playing the game without sound. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and hard reset. Nothing works. Any ideas.
