App doesn’t work more often than it works

I appreciate Ransomed Heart. I don’t much the app. I used to listen to the podcasts every week but gave up because the app more often than not isn’t working. I really wanted to listen to the most recent episodes, Finding God in Suffering, but once again the app is buggy and closes as soon as I tap on the title of the episode. I miss listening and hope the app can be improved.
Great resource, needs offline access

I love this resource! I only gave it 3 stars because 1) I’d love to have more options/ access offline and 2) it’s now crashing every time I try to play one of the daily prayers that I downloaded. I’ve even deleted and re-downloaded them. Help!
Won’t open

The app downloads quickly but only opens to the cover page and will not open any further after a number of minutes. Tried clicking on the app support and the web page also does not open.
Prayers only available when online

I really love this app, but want to use it for the prayers at certain times when I’m away from the internet like on an airplane, and also because I like to turn the internet off when praying and having my quiet time. The problem is the prayers don’t show up on the app unless you are connected to the internet. Can’t they just be downloaded onto the app once and remain there even when offline?

This app is truly a blessing! Each section has be thought out and place so perfect. If you just used the pray section alone you would heap a HUGE blessing on yourself and your family. However, it doesn’t end there, it is filled with encouragement at ever turn. I challenge you to use this app for 90 days and see if it doesn’t bring you into a closer communion with the trinity. You will experience the joy of his strength! Thank you, WAH!
