App worked fine and then privacy wouldnt enable. I was on the subscription, not free trial, yet 4 attempts to reach out to them were ignored. I also subbed Confirmed VPN and Lockdown. Wow. They are all the same company and i just handed them $

Tried to reach out twice to tech support via the support button in the app, heard absolutely nothing back. Like others said, free version is useless. You can’t use any features. Will be deleting.

You can no longer check your WiFi speed unless you sign up for a one month trial of their Privacy feature (which will auto-renew @ $4.99 per month unless you go in to settings and opt out). Scam-like tactic in my opinion.
