The analog clock widget has been more consistent with time, than most others I've tried. And I've tried a bunch. Not sure what the issue is with 3rd party analog clock widgets. They just don't work as well as the iOS analog clock widget. I really like Widget Toolbox. It's one of my favorite widget apps. I like the option to use my own images. I highly recommend this app.
