Overall great app but I find that any widgets I make for my contacts to add to my Home Screen it NEVER works??

$40 to download and use widgets on your phone or pay monthly for upwards of $20…No! in fact never.

I tried to reach out to them after we purchased their app to be to login in to my account but after several attempts I still have not received any response. The app might be good but I don’t know because I can’t figure out how to log into it.

Every time I try to do something for a widget, there is an add. I’m not paying 10 dollars a month for a widget app. It’s pretty stupid. When I tried to get a widget, I decided to watch adds to get it. I went through five adds and still didn’t get a widget.

You have to pay to even begin looking at things, which rubbed me the wrong way instantly. Like, buy before I view? Seems unfair… but I decided to just do the big one time purchase of $40 to be done with it… and assumed that meant I’d have access to everything. WRONG. It still charges high amounts for different things. Like an additional $20 for backgrounds etc. ridiculous! Additionally, the only thing I could actually get on my phone was the text change, which certainly isn’t worth $40! And it was problematic, as it wouldn’t work in multiple apps, meaning it would type up my text, but not send it! I had to ultimately turn of the keyboard feature so my messages would send in apps. The other features wouldn’t work, I followed the instructions to hold onto widget till it wiggles then select the add button, but there was no add button, so I couldn’t use anything. Very disappointed and want a refund!
