Doesn’t work on iOS 13

Currently you cannot use this app on iOS 13... it just says you need to update the app to the latest version (even though it is updated to the latest version). Please update the app to work with iOS 13 or else the WiFi socket becomes completely useless!!

My only complaint is that I can’t use Siri or Siri shortcuts to control this. That would be really useful. I haven’t had any issue with the general functionality of this smart outlet. It disconnected from the app once but I think a family member was messing with it so may not have been device/app’s fault.

I’ve had the plug and app for over a year and up until yesterday I really liked them. Now I try to log in to my app on my iPhone 11 and I’m getting a message that I need to download the newest version of the app. The old app is up to date, and there is no new version to be found in the AppStore. I tried on my Samsung tablet and got the same message, and when I looked in the Google Play Store I found a new version of the app. I downloaded the new app and it works. Really annoyed that updates were released that made the only working iOS app obsolete and no longer useful.

I got the plugs set up but it was super complicated. I still can’t get them hooked up with google home. Any ideas?

Bought these on clearance and I have used them on everything from turning on and off the Christmas Tree lights automatically to turning on my Potpourri Pot.

Con esta app pude conectar equipos que ninguna otra app me dejaba, es facil de usar y muy rapida la recomiendo 100% de veras que me cambio mi pensamiento acerca de los ewuipos smart home pues no podia poner los equipos en mi casa y la app me los enlazo todos con mi smarphone.
