Long time I used this app But then I surprised that I’m not able to chat with anyone So please fix it

I keep getting suspended for no reason at all and can’t talk to anybody because nobody is ever on

I paid for 1 month subscription but nothing happened, was still seeing ads and got no point. I contacted support, they said send the Payment receipt, I did and they didn’t reply!
