Decent but could be better

The support system is pretty bad, the whole idea is cool though. Through PayPal it shows up as an “automatic payment” so that’s fun, also I have no idea how much prime is a month, or even how to cancel it. When I ordered clothes I guess it automatically had me pay for prime aswell???

I had the about about a week as soon as I made a purchase I haven’t been able to log in or even see the main page. Says error. Can’t find any kind of support for the app
I would give 0 stars if it would let me

I downloaded this app and it won’t let me do anything. I keep getting an error message. Very disappointed ?

Why does it take so long to load I love the app but take way to long to load
The return process is a nightmare

They take forever to respond (days) and expect you to reply right away. People have jobs and can't fiddle around with this stuff.

I think the app was a pretty great idea and I use it a lot, but I would like to know if the items are authentic or are they off brand type things
