It was working fine. Then it stopped working. It goes into a loop and doesn’t show any names. This happened once before. It took a year before it was fixed. When working, I give it 5 stars.

I've contacted customer service via email . Letting them know that my app is not loading . I paid for $9.99 subscription for the best service and it has been 3 weeks and I still have not heard from anyone. It was working just fine then all of a sudden it stopped and I can't get any help from anyone .

It doesn't work. First of all it doesn't show you who "checked" your profile but who comments or likes your stuff ... or interacts with you via messenger. I want it for business use and it wouldn’t do anything for about 2 months now. I keep refreshing it and Nothing. I tried contacting the developer using the email they provided and, no response. Waste of money. Do not buy. I have emailed them and no one replies

Won’t even load. Sent email, no reply. This app worked before last iOS update. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn’t work. Save your money! This app is worthless

I like the app but recently it won't load...anything. I'm not due for an update that I can tell. Everything was working beautifully until last week. After three emails to support, I have heard nothing and the app is still not functioning correctly.
