This app worked fine and now keeps crashing on my iPad, I undownloaded it, checked for updated, reinstalled, and reset my iPad and still won’t work

I had never given much thought to “noise” actually helping people to sleep better. I am a person that needs it to be perfectly quiet, dark & cold..that’s my ideal sleep environment. After having had COVID, I was left with some lingering health issues that were causing me to loose sleep. One night, I was laying in bed trying to go back to sleep when I thought about the whole “white noise” thing. I knew that just listening to the sound of a “fan” wasn’t going to put me to sleep ! I searched the App Store looking for a app that had sounds to help you sleep & I found your app !! I love that there is such a wide variety to choose from ! I found the noise that I thought would work best for me, and it did ! I now sleep through the night listening to my own personalized sleep noise … I absolutely recommend to anyone loosing sleep that they give this app a try, find a sound that works..and say “good night”.

Bad update/crashes, no response from support

I was loving the app but with the most recent update, the app just crashes as soon as I attempt to open it. I’ve tried everything, even emailing customer support but I never received a response.

I’ve had this app for many years, and just a few days ago it completely stopped working; I’m guessing there’s a new update that has some issues. The app crashes every time I try to open it. I’ve tried restarting my phone and uninstalling/ reinstalling the app, and it still won’t run.

Read other recent reviews, I’m having the same issue. App crashes immediately upon trying to open it. I have deleted and reinstalled twice over the last two days. This did not correct the issue. ***UPDATE Developer’s update corrected the issue of app crashing. App works as expected. I’ve used this app for several years now. Love how this is a “mobile” sound machine. M

I use this every night to sleep. The rain on umbrella is my favorite. Highly recommend this app.
