It is absolutely great to have an app to track the bus! The only problem is that it is not always 100% reliable in terms of ETA. When it is, it’s great. But at times it shows no ETA or ETA unavailable.

Easy to use and useful for tracking my child on the school bus. Sometimes I don’t get the notifications until late that my child is on the bus home.
