This app is useless. I paid for the additional features but did not receive them so I emailed Support and received an error message stating they are unable to receive messages.

I paid for the extra info which ... turns out to be the same info just displayed in different forms.. not excited about that. Plus some of their info seems to be straight incorrect, less 1:15am on a Wed night seems to be the time your Instagram account is lighting up with likes. Can't seem to submit bugs or contact. Only the FAQ link works which ... is odd considering you can't contact. I'm hoping that mine is just buggy and that an update is in the making cause otherwise - avoid.

Even worse. When you email them, it bounces back. I dont know how apple doesnt catch this on some simple auto-responder program

Along with what others have said, I paid for the upgrade and it was exact same information. Also it just flat out doesn't work. It tells you when to post and when are your most high engaging times except they conflict each other. It doesn't even make sense. I tried to email to report bugs and the email bounced back. What?!

I don't care what anyone says this app helped me increase my followers and likes the timing this app gives you to post was well timing I notice my engagement increase much more better then posting on my own this app is really good if you like me want to increase your likes the right time is key to increase engagement in your post and this app did just that ? stars really good app don't knock till you try it

This app helped me increase my followers and likes by showing proportions of users online at certain times using algorithms. When I started posting according to the app's suggestions, my followers increased and there was a huge spike in likes on photos and other posts. These social media sites work by how many people like your photo during a time duration. The more people that see and like your posts, the most your post shows up on others' feeds, and the more likes, shares and followers you'll have. One suggest however is not to waste your money on the added features. They are indeed almost the same as the info already given in the free app as is and don't really help with anything new.
