Super simple, don’t have to jump through hoops to know when you or when others work.
I really enjoy the updates it sends to let me know when I have to work, updates on the schedule, and it’s easy to communicate with everyone. Also, it’s very clear and easy to use from the employee stand point
The app is not user friendly at all. It is nearly impossible to trade shifts with co-workers. The vacation request go to random managers rather that your assigned manger and they can make approvals when they don’t even work at the same site. I tried to petition vacation time on the app and had to simply give up and tell my manager in person because the app would not allow it. I have also tried making the schedule with my manager and it is extremely difficult to make changes to the schedule especially since every single change made has to be saved individually, if save is not selected at every single change then nothing is saved and hours of work never happened. This app is not user friendly at all.
I can only but out the schedule on a Thursday for the following Monday, that’s the only thing I don’t really like but it’s free. I can pay to have other options. :)

This app sounds good in theory but it’s awful in reality. It asks you to confirm shifts but does not let you say no to the shift so you are stuck with a shift you cannot work. Shifts have to be confirmed so you feel micromanaged and managers are not always great so you don’t have time to fix any issues. Notifications are bad and the app is glitchy. Overall I wish we used a different app
