In London, Moscow, and Saint Petersburg, when ordering an Executive service level you will get a new Mercedes-Benz E-Class. With VIP you will get a premium service with Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Luxe service level with Mercedes-Maybach cars is available in Moscow. It’s an excellent choice for picking up business partners and VIPs.
For getting to and from the airport, Wheely is also much more convenient than a regular taxi. Your personal driver will wait for you free of charge for 30 minutes and help you with your luggage. Plus, if you let us know your flight number, he’ll meet you directly at the arrivals hall holding a name board. We have fixed-fare transfers to Heathrow, Gatwick, Domodedovo, and other airports, so you always know exactly how much your trip will cost.
In Moscow, you can also book a minivan for a large group of friends or a Mercedes equipped with a child car seat or a booster seat. Our ‘Designated driver’ service is available in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

This server works terribly in Russia. cars have a cigarette smell and you have to wait a very long time.
Alternative to black cabs

At first, I wasnt sure why I would ever use this service vs a black cab. But, then it dawned on me: a fixed price never changes, even with traffic. Also, the company uses Prius' through Green Tomatoe, which makes them a green alternative. Prices are very fair. Will definately continue to use the service when I need them.

The service is very useful, kind and helpful employees, but if you would, please change the Gorkaya st. to Tverskaya, it feels like 10 years ago :-)

Great service overall and I'm a big fan except recently I stumbled across the fact that drivers are immediately informed of what rating they are given by their passengers so if you rate them badly and they pick you up again (very common) you're in an awkward position. So don't rate drivers at all for now which defeats the purpose of this all. Also note that drivers are rating passengers as well. I just learnt this recently through one of the drivers and this is not mentioned in the app. Not a bad idea but passengers should be informed as well.
