Been playing this game for awhile recently I disconnected from Facebook and lost all my tokens. After some emailing back and for. A guy named Allen from support took care of everything all my tokens have been returned. The game itself is just as real as Vegas win some lose some, but what is great is the support I haven’t received support like this from any other game/app Support makes these slots better than the rest.

Why are you taking my credits? When I closed the app I had over 66,000,000. When I opened it later, I had only 60,000,000. No, I am not mistaken because I keep track of my credits. STOP STEALING MY CREDITS!!!!

I play this game daily and have spent money on credits. I have had problems with it for a month or so. The amount of wins and bonus rounds has dramatically dropped !! 15 million credits lost on a minimum bet with no bonus, that’s bad.

Disappointed from the game when your winning is not a true win if you get less then what you gambled you actually lost and you can’t call it a win it is a total fraud most people don’t realize and think they wan in the game. You can’t call it a win when-it is a lost!!! You use to have a proportional win now you spend more and you don’t win.

I have played this game since 2016. Have been playing every day participating in daily challenges etc. the other day I noticed my daily streak bonus was 10,000 points I didn’t get my normal $250,000 points. I received a response back that the game refreshes from the last time I logged in that is not true, I log in basically the same time every day the response back from Customer Service that I only received 500,000 credits very disappointed!!!!!
