Been a long time user and now it locked up showing the number “online” all the time. Contacted support numerous times and never get a response. For $12.99 a month I’m canceling if they don’t even care to answer an email. Don’t get it. If it fails your out your money

When I tried to setup the app and tried to track a number, it stated that my free trial was up. This app wants you to pay right away. It should allow a free trial to see if you want to spend that type of money for it. I deleted it and found another app that gives you a choice of free or paid so that I can at least try it and see if I am satisfied. Don’t recommend this app unless you want to pay for something that you don’t even know the quality of it.

Paid for premium service and it’s almost an hour and it keeps giving error that trial period ended. Feels like fake don’t pay for premium. Will update once any change is done.

Notifications have completely ceased. This has been the point of buying a premium subscription to the app. I can’t get a reply from support. :(
