Good game but needs option to end puzzle when stuck. Just started playing so....

My expectations weren't very high when I downloaded this game and yet I'm still surprised at how bored I was playing. The scratch off game isn't consistent and you spend more annoyed that the letters aren't responsive when writing out your word. The words are also totally random and sometimes don't match the photo or you really have to scratch the entire photo to find that one thing they've noticed in the photo. I love puzzles and chug through them but this one was a miss!!

I bought 20,000 coins, used less than 800. I reopened the game again and it sent me back to the very beginning, at which time I was on game # 50 something. So I would appreciate it if you either give me my coins back or return my money because this is unfair play. I am very upset.
