Stole my lifelines

One of my favorite games to play with my daughter but when I purchased the lifelines I did not received them. It gave me a weird error message and promised to update but still nothing. Fun game but something maybe wrong with the app.
Help! I’m frozen.

Finally broke down and bought a lifeline. And it has never shown that I bought it. I even tried to buy it again and I got a message saying you have already bought this, it will be restored but game just freezes.
