Good game with a serious problem

I would rate this 5 stars for the game itself. The riddles are good- some easy and some make you think awhile and there are plenty. However, what they need to fix is the hint. You can pay coins you earn to give you a letter in its spot or to take letters away that don't belong. I was infuriated when I spent coins to take away letters and it did for a few hours. Then I came back to the game and it had reset. My coins were still gone but the absent letters were back. This happened more than once and it makes me angry that it charges me for a hint and the hint is not permanent. So if you need 6 letters taken away (it does three at a time) you won't remember which 6 when it resets but it will have taken 120 coins from your bank and you only earn 10 for each correctly guessed phrase.

I had given this game a favorable review earlier, but I'm now disappointed. Earlier today, and on a puzzle I'm on right now, I paid to remove letters from the puzzle, checked my text messages, and came back to the game, only to find the letter back in the puzzle, but my coins are still gone. Argh!

I'm getting addicted to this game; some of the puzzles are really easy but others are real stumpers!! Have to agree with another reviewer who is upset when you "buy" a hint then it all goes away if your game is interrupted; you've lost your Hint and your coins and that stinks. Otherwise, great game!!

I really like the game. It is relaxing and not too intense so you don't get frustrated, the ONE super problem is when you buy letters they don't stay on the screen if you need to stop and come back later. The money to buy hints is not cheap. I just paid to have letters removed and it charged me but didn't take any letters away. After I use all my money that I spent on hints I will be deleting it. Also some of the letters that you need are not even there. I needed 2 E's and there was only one available Very disappointed!
