I subscribed and paid 9$ but it doesn’t work .. deleted it and reinstalled still the same.. then I unsubscribed but the money is taken already !!!! I want a refund

I got this because the WiFi at my work blocks certain sites and pages. (Probably for a reason ?) I paid for the year subscription after trying the free trial and I have to be honest. So far so really good. I will update if things change but this is month 2 and I am still happy.
