Great game terrible support

This game is good but trialplay support is not. Don't try to complete any of the free gold offers because you will not get your gold. You will get one measly gold bar for watching a video but the offers won't give you any. Surveys will send you to another survey which sends you to another and then another and so on and so on, never ending and just wasting your time and frustrating you to no end. After completing the pro flowers offer I received the wrong order twice and after two weeks was told I didn't qualify for my 3,600 gold bars even though I had receipts, conf #'s and screenshots of my order & conf # with the wgt banner showing it was purchased through their app.
Neat Game With Tons Of Downfalls

First of all, the game's graphics are entertaining, so is the game play. Building your team and trying to get new players is difficult. After you've gone through all of your games, the recharge on game play is an HOUR (way too freaking long). Would be cool if there was a story mode. There's a really limited "league" mode. The rewards for winning 1st place in league mode is weak, especially when the league goes on for an entire week. There's no real incentive there. The way you upgrade players is cool. I like the way that works. All in all, if they could somehow incorporate the better features of Tap Sports Baseball into this, it'd be an upgrade. I'll continue to play, but I won't buy any of their ridiculous in game purchases and will probably be bored in a week and uninstall. Waiting for a great baseball game for my mobile device. No one has yet to deliver.

You should be able to get 3gold a game but if you lose you get 1 and you waste so much gold to reset skills and to change your team name and you waste too much gold on other things plz don't make this game a pay to win game it will make more people want to play it and lower the time for pitcher starts plz I love this game and I'm not a pay to win type of guy so plz make some changes :)
