App worked a couple times, but now does not connect. I keep getting a system error. Deleted app and reinstalled it and same thing happened. Worked a couple times and then same error message. I give up.

You just got dumped. I am not interested in watching an ad to get the weather when there are so many free apps. Definitely not an improvement for us users. Good bye.

I’m from Louisiana and downloaded your app (the old app) years ago by mistake thinking it was channel 9 in Baton Rouge. I ended up liking it better than our own local weather apps. I used it literally every day, so naturally, I’d rather not have it changed. But I get it, advertisements mean money. They are just annoying because now I have pop ups to deal with. I had two of them take over while trying to figure out how to navigate the new app. I can’t give this a one star because of loyalty to the old app.... and I’m hoping I get used to this new one with time:)

Update tells me it is not compatible with this device. I'm using an iPad... why is this not compatible with an iPad?

Having same experience as others. App for iPad is freezing and won’t go any farther. While Tom Terry is handsome, I would eventually like to see the weather. I’ll try deleting and reloading app. Did like the old version just fine. Same problem on iPhone — freezes on first screen. Update - deleted app and reinstalled on both iPad and iPhone and it now seems to be working.

Not compatible with my iPad. Now what do I do. I have direct tv & every time it rains I loose the tv, so I rely on my iPad especially now that hurricane season is coming.

Doesn’t seem the new version of this app was tested enough. Today getting message it can’t connect to my WiFi but all other apps including App Store sure can. I’m going to delete it and download again but new app is not nearly as nice as old one so will be looking for a better one. UPDATE- delete and reinstall worked for awhile but app is unusable again today. Deleting for good. Terrible.
