Annoying ads

This app used to be great, but incessant ads have ruined it. You can not read an article for >10 seconds before the ad returns repeatedly. I’ll no longer use this app for news, and will consider rethinking my choice in news on TV unless otherwise fixed.

I like the WFAA weather app but I’d like it a lot more if I could open directly to the weather instead of wading through one or more pages of news first.
App crashes when opened

The app now crashes when opened. This is on an iPhone X running iOS 11.2.6.
Pop up ads, really?

Used to be great. Latest update includes irritating pop up ads that take you out of the app when you haven’t even clicked on anything. Lame.

Could you perhaps run spell check or have someone proof before releasing the news on your web page? Also why the multiple items on the same story on the same released news release?
The app automatically clicks/sends you to the ads

I can’t view the app more than a few seconds without it sending me to the iOS App Store. This app force clicks ads and sends me to the App Store. That seems pretty sketchy! I hope these companies that advertise know that they are being used for ad revenue with false clicks.

This could be a great app but lately when I open it it starts playing video ads and they can't be turned off. Am I supposed to read the news and listen to ads at the same time? It's ridiculous!
