Nice app for cheap calls with high quality call recording

When I first got this app it was awesome because I only have an I pad mini and I pad mini's can't make calls. This app allowed me to make calls with my I pad which was great! But one day I needed to call my mom from home my home phones didn't work. So I went straight to this app. When I went onto the app it said I was out of credits, and it wouldn't let me make the phone call
