The game was going great. Loved playing it. But now, for no reason, I can't kill a guy and I get shot. Any one else having this problem?

It's fun, but I have two requests: 1. Ability to start at a later level, rather than either starting at the beginning or the end. Maybe every new bank is a checkpoint? 2. Support multitouch. If I tap too fast, it ignores the second touch.
