This is a great game but It could do without the major pay to win aspect where you’re forced to make purchases to progress.

I message in app support with problems and they do nothing there so useless. all they say is thank you for waiting wg support how do they even have a job with no knowledge of the game. Also game play is very slow too much leg I ask support they said it’s Apple not them. I really don’t like that I have spent so much money on this game and can’t even get the gold I paid for and get treated like trash from west game support. Messaging them made me not want to pay anymore money or even play the game I almost forgot I lost 47,000 troops that just disappeared you know how much that cost get real west game support did nothing but tell me what I told them.

It’s disappointing to see that this game is older than I thought and you haven’t instituted ideas from the community of players that keep money in your pocket. For instance using 30 of an item at once instead of clicking a bunch of times to get what you need, having a historical login for all accounts logged from that device so that you don’t have to type in tons of different emails when you had multiple accounts, a collect all button for alliance chests, you need a streamlined rewards section so you don’t have to click through a bunch of mails; have it all under one rewards button, when you need x amount of resources while building have a button that uses the exact amount you need within the building interface, same with speeding; when you want to speed it up to the free time have a button that automatically chooses the speeds required to get you to the free time. These are just a few of the things you can guys can do to streamline this game making it more enjoyable for spenders to play and stick around. I’m given a 2 star rating for now. When things improve so will my rating.

I played this for a few days, def addictive. After not paying for anything it would NOT let me get out of the game. It would almost lock my phone out and I have an iphone11. I had to delete the app so I can use my $1k phone. Not worth the hassle and honestly should be illegal.

It is fun game at first then slows down significantly if you are not willing to pay hundreds of dollars. They keep adding more pop up’s asking you to pay more. Do not get me wrong we should pay as it cost money to make and maintain the game. But this is the same game as many others out there just different graphics. So pay about what you would pay for an older (good) PlayStation game.

The game takes over 6 months of steady every day play to get to a considerable power ranking so your town is not demolished in one minute by the super powerful enemy. The only way to get there is to use peace shields every day. The only way to get peace shields is with gold - a currency of the game that can be achieved by heavy gameplay or real money. Peace shields should be a reward just for logging in, not spending 8 hours worth of game play time. Since a peace shield is over $1k gold you could buy gold from the store, but it will cost you $5 for that amount. So this game will basically cost you $5/day if you wish to be a lite player. Forget that nonsense.
