THIS APP DOESNT WORK

First thing after I sign in I go to relatives and there is nothing!!! Then I look into the categories section and it says stuff like I'm related to 2 presidents or First Ladies, doesn't say who they are either!! This app apparently needs a lot of work and is not useful at all.
Rating based solely on my experience.

The concept of this app is entertaining. However I’ve had this app for a few months now and I still don’t have ANY relatives? Two of my friends have endless pages of possible well known relatives. I have zilch. I have a family tree started and did the AncestryDNA kit and got those results. But absolutely nothing on this app.

I don’t know what kind of algorithm this app uses, but the ‘matches’ it’s come up with for me are pretty absurd. For example, it matched me as a ‘6th cousin’ to famed abolitionist Harriet Tubman. The issue is that she is black, and I am very, very white, which is confirmed by my Ancestry DNA test. I would love to be related to this woman, but the science says otherwise. As for the other matches, I can’t find anyone in my tree (which is extensive, going back to at least the 15th century) that jibes with the trees of the alleged relatives that WereRelated has suggested. I think it’s kind of a scam.

I was loving this app until it logged me out and tried to force me to login with FB. Umm, no thank you. Why can’t I sign in using email anymore? Major fail. Disappointed. Deleting app.

I had no results for the longest time, but just got about six since yesterday. Most are through the same branch of the family, but it’s great to see the possible relationships with names I’ve heard of for most of my life.

Loved this app and am an ancestry.com subscriber. But now have closed my Facebook account because of what a crappy app it has become. What's my option?

Just deleted this app and gave it one star, for ONE reason. It will no longer let me log in unless it’s through Facebook! Seriously? With all the junk about Facebook apps and privacy? No thank you. A fun app I’ll live without now.
