We’re improving the way you plan with friends OR plan for yourself. We’re bringing you a real-time view of your network which starts with privacy and ends with relevancy. We’ll never force you to be live on a map. We don’t want information on your politics or beliefs to sell to your personality. We’re committed to changing the game by bringing you back to the roots of connecting.

Creating Posts: Get started by creating a quick post. What are you up to OR what are you planning? Just add a title and a time. It’s that easy, you can always edit or add everything later, including pictures, locations and add/invite friends. After you create a group on the grid, you can invite them all at once! So easy.

Grid... aka The Town Center: This is real-time look at what everyone is doing. It’s like an away message for the 21st century! Even better, it’s automatic: just let your public plans roll through. If you want to update your friends more consistently on what you’re doing, just update your public status. Your friends can find you here, it’s the town center. Create groups to better organize your network. Importantly, we’re all about privacy. Only your public plans will show up. We’ll also never place you live on a map (that’s really creepy) or force you to have location services on to leverage all the benefits of the WeLo Grid. Just connect how you want to connect.

Futures: This is your game-plan. Everything you’ve got planned in one list, in order of when it starts. From big events like birthday parties to solo events like gym sessions, there’s nothing too formal or too trivial. And hey, on those gym sessions, if it’s public, one of your friends might even want to join you. Private things are great here too; nobody has to know about a date that you’re on, so make sure they don’t. We just want you to stay connected in the way you want to be.

Messages: This is where the planning happens. Messages are connected to events, which means it’s easier to organize than ever. Instead of sending emails or pinging the group chat, event-based messages are your go-to. Importantly, there’s no more irrelevant group texts. If you are a YES or a MAYBE, you will be on the group chat. If you can’t make it, you’ll never see it. Simple as that. Oh, and chats expire 7 days after the event. Once it’s over, it’s over. No need to relive the past, so feel free to create as many Futures as you want!

Create a Rewind: Did you just have yourself a day? Did you just have a crazy week? Did you have an average week but you want people to know what average looks like? Create a virtual journey of your posts on map and share it on WeLo or anywhere else. Use this section to fill in locations and pictures of past events and preview your video. Save the video to your camera roll to share.
