Just short of being a crAPP

It works. That’s the best I can say. But it doesn’t work well. To actually put something on a list takes far too many steps, you really need to take a few pages from the Wegmans team - theirs is much more fluid in operation.

Are you people kidding with this app? Get your act together. Sure fire way to get really aggravated just trying to add e coupons. Never recognizes my sign on either. A real turn off!
Horrible search function and very laggy.

The search function of the app is completely useless and very laggy. The app will change the word you are searching for to something completely unrelated and will lag while it’s doing it. When you search for Slide you get slider. I’m looking for slide cat litter not sliders. Search for bag and it changes it to bar Search for Dried and it will change it to Drink. When we say it’s changing it we mean the word is correct on the search bar before we hit go. We hit go it will do a system search then change the word and show us unrelated item. I’m assuming this is because the system doesn’t have the item and it just assumes you want something else. NO!. If you don’t have the item just tell us and do what... well EVERY other app does and just say “no search results”. Don’t change it on us. Best part is if you keep forcing the search word it may search for what you asked for and the item you wanted all along will appear. Wise needs to fire the app developers if they can’t get a simple search function to work correctly.

The app will not let me enter my membership card number at all, so I’m stuck. Pointless.
Can’t add your rewards card

Every time I tried to add my rewards card to my account it said invalid number it a brand new card this is the 5 time I tried to add it and nothing

It would be VERY helpful if in your grocery list it would provide you the option of sorting by aisle. Would make shopping quicker. Competitor apps do have this.

This app is horrible and frustrating. Tip to developers-look at the Wegmans app and follow what they did. It’s unfortunate because the store will lose my business because I rely on the app to do my shopping and if it’s not user friendly, I won’t be shopping there.
