Long time member; App is disappointing

Love the program. Member for years and always hoped WW would figure out how to do a great app. I hate and rarely write negative reviews. But there seems to continue to have challenges with login and password. Every time they push out an update. After all these years I still find it difficult to locate essential program information. You would think the WE program basics would be easy to find; I gave up trying to use the app for such and keep the printed core book handy. Looking up foods usually provides an overwhelming number of answers, so tracking usually is quicker just doing it manually. Being a computer consultant, believe me this is a stunning thing for me to do; reject the app and track manually. Today, after yet one more upgrade, my app does not recognize me. It suggested I do yet anther password reset. Understand I logged in to WW via the mobile web browser with out any problem. These sort of IT glitches and issues have been happening for years. Having a glitchy and bumpy app is really surprising after all these years. Really WW, get some some proposals from some fresh programmers who have done inspired work. Ben Forest

Useless and frustrating

Not able to "watch my weight"

I keep having trouble with this app! I go to track my food and its logged out and won't let me log in. I have this trouble on all my devices. Basically makes this app useless! Have called tech support several times and the same issue keeps reappearing. Very very disappointing! Surprised it's not fixed. Thought weight watchers was better than that...

Works great after reinstall

I had trouble at first when I started May 18. Deleted and reinstalled app. That process solved the problem. I did not lose my data since it lives in the bigger system. The scanner is great and the system has the vast majority of products I've used it on. I've done my own recipes and it works well. Contact is inspiring. The app is great! If you are having trouble, uninstall. I wish coaches could have access to our tracking. That would be a bonus!! I've been a WW off and on since 1970 and I love the new program!

The WORST app I've ever tried. (And I've used over a hundred.) I've used it for only a month and have had to call 4 times for tech support. (The in-app tech chats are very slow and haven't helped). Extremely limited features, awkward search, poor layout. For $45.00 a month this app should work! I'll quit Weight Watchers after my 3 months just because this app is SO bad!!!
