So I have actually gained weight since using this app, so it does not work great for losing weight. But it does put you to sleep, so works for insomnia I guess.

I really like this but can't use it because it blocks my phones morning wake up alarm! I was going to purchase more but since this is useless to me, I decided not to waste my money. It's a shame really, because I do think it helps over all!

Based on the reviews I was looking forward to this, but as soon as I heard his voice, and the music behind it, I was turned off completely. Neither the speaker nor the music are hypnotic, and he keeps breaking in to the script with describing hypnosis while he keeps coming back to find out if you're still looking at a point on the wall. That's as far as I got, before deciding not to waste my time, so the app is now deleted. There are better ones out there…check out the ones with a pretty blue and white icon, does have a hypnotic female voice and music to match… This one needs a lot of work, preferably by somebody who is familiar with hypnosis, because this app creator is not.
