It helped me I am ten and I used to be fat none of the boys looked at me and now all of them have crushes on me I can were bikneys now and those fat ladies need to use this app unless they want to live with cats for the rest of there life and those men if u want to were a spideo use this app or if u want a family cuse no girl is going to touch u looking like the just saying

Sure, as far as design this app leaves much to be desired. All free apps today struggle to make money without some sort of ad component (which this app has plenty of). All that aside, what this app does provide is diet and exercise videos as well as links to more by knowledgable people in one place. Not bad for free.

This is the app I have been waiting for an app that is fun and help's you lose weight I'm 13 and last year I weighed 189 pounds then after 4 months of this app now I weigh 165 with sick abs so if you hate the way you look the get this app now

This app is a collection of YouTube videos, some of which are better than others. The content includes ab workout videos, time lapse photos of weight loss, a 10-minute monologue about losing fat as the key to having good abs, and a teacher talking about glycemic index. At least it saves you the time of looking up videos yourself.
