Works but needs some updates

The app works okay but it does need a little work. It would be super nice if you could set goals for things other than just weight, such as a body fat or muscle mass goal. Also on the profile of you could put body measurements that would be nice. Overall not too bad but would love to see a bit more work put into it.

I bought the scale about a year ago and needed to recently reprogram it. Now the app won’t load so that I can reset it. Really annoying that I can’t use it how it was intended.

I’m not sure what happened. It was working fine with my new WiFi scale, and then all of the sudden, today, it didn’t. The app says “ERROR. Unable to load app.” On a white background at launch. That’s it. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but not dice. Would be nice to sync with my smart scale, but apparently not today.

App worked for a little while but the connection stopped working with the scale. Great idea but poor execution on maintaining connectivity. WiFi versión stopped connecting to network and scale constantly errors out. Will not be using any products from this company.

Will only sync once, have to reset the scale each and every time I want to sync another weigh-in. This means flipping the scale over and holding down the button manually, then going though scale setup all over again inside the app.

Error unable to open app

My app worked fine until two days ago and now it won’t open at all! I’m in a group challenge and need access to that info and I’m very frustrated!
Does app ever work?

I haven’t been able to open the app for awhile. Every morning I try and I get a screen that says unable to open app.

I hate the inconsistency. It does give me the weight every single time. But after my first week of using the scale, it stopped consistently showing me body fat %, muscle mass, and water mass. Those measurements/calculations are important to me. If I can fix it and make it consistent, then this app and product would easily be 5 stars.
